- Update and distribute master data (HPV, Head Count, Efficiency).
- Set and distribute short- and long-term efficiency targets.
- Create Operator Instruction Sheets (OIS).
- Represent the shop in cross-functional teams with ME and Logistics.
- Act as the shop interface for ME in running production.
- Serve as the shop specialist for processes and products (including pre-production and buy-offs).
- Support production with first-line analysis and continuous improvement (Kaizen).
- Drive productivity improvements and help meet man-hour targets.
- Manage minor non-product spending projects.
- Conduct capacity investigations and justify process improvements.
- Oversee and optimize line layout and tooling in production and projects.
- Coordinate manning needs and secure good ergonomic solutions.
- Lead process improvements to eliminate waste and enhance efficiency.
- Support line balancing and new product/process introductions.
- Bachelor’s degree or above, major in engineering-related subjects.
- Experience requirement: More than 5 years of engineering experience in highly automation OEMs.
- Have strong communication and coordination, problem solving ability, strong innovation ability and pressure resistance.
- Quick leaner, good computer software skills, PPT master is a plus.
- Excellent in English listening, speaking, written skills, and presentation.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally on an occasional basis.
