- Whole Talent Acquisition and Recruitment process from A to Z
- Screening, conducting, and planning interviews
- Working on various projects, recruitment/acquisition project management, and coordination
- Presenting candidates to hiring managers
- Supporting the acquisition and recruitment process
- Building relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Account Management and to some extent Business Development
- Market research, providing advice to clients, and improving internal processes
- Working with acquisition and recruitment tools such as LinkedIn, and Teamio on a daily basis
What you already have:
- Fluent English and German are a must
- Experience within the Talent Acquisition or Recruitment position, ideally in a personal agency or a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, organizational skills and a pro-active approach
- Problem-solving Excellent communication skills
- Experience with managing and communicating with clients and stakeholders
- Experience with sourcing via media such as LinkedIn, Jobs/Teamio, and internal database
- Interest in Information Technology is appreciated
- Team player and positive approach within the team, you will be working with your colleagues and global acquisition daily
