Are you looking for a job that allows you to work part-time from home and part-time in an office setting? You might assist the team by performing the following:




- Operate as a contact point both for internal and external individuals.


- Maintain contact with suppliers as well as the facility.




- Assisting in the billing process and invoicing




- Assist with business travel planning




- Administrative tasks that occur at the last minute

Požadavky

- Written and Spoken fluency in English and Czech 


- MS Office user
- Proactive
- 2+ years of experience in a comparable profession is preferred


- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
