- Hands on with the latest Cloud technologies
- Responsible for resolving technical issues at customer deployments
- Daily in contact with customers and partner IT technicians via phone/chat/email and using remote access
- Analyzing logs and relevant data to identify and fix customer issues
- Collecting data and feedbacks from our clients and provide these to our development teams and management
- Working closely with our Project Managers and technical consultants and SW engineers to optimize the processes
- Communicative skills and being able to find compromises and solutions, be representative
- Proven Customer Service Skills
- Be creative, problem-solving skills, great problem reporting skills
- Learning skills so you can learn and understand our products, their lifecycles and future directions
- Strong knowledge of Linux
- VoiP knowledge is a plus
- SQL knowledge highly welcomed
