Náplň práce

For an international company based in Prague 4, we are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant who is fluent in English, enjoys working with Excel and is not afraid of multi-tasking. Is that you? Then send us your CV!

- Performs a variety of administrative functions.
- Schedules appointments.
- Gives information to callers, and takes dictation.
- Researches and creates presentations.
- Generates reports and handles multiple projects.

Location: Prague
Working hours: 9-5:30; hybrid model 3 days in the office 2 at home
Salary: 40 - 42 000 CZK
Contract: 6 months

Požadavky

- Previous administrative experience
- Ability to multi-task, with great attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple data sets and ensure they are consistent with each other, with continuous update.
- Proficient with Excel (Pivot tables).
- English language proficiency.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
