We are looking for a suitable candidate for the world's largest international oil and gas company with SSC in Prague.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Responsible for maintenance of vendor records in ERP systems
- Interacting with vendors and customers to obtain necessary information and documentation
- Daily processing of requests in various ERP systems
- Ensuring that vendor records are in compliance with company policies, government regulations, and accounting standards
- Evaluating vendor management processes to increase efficiency and accuracy
- Data analysis and reporting
- Fraud and cyber security threat detection
Location: Prague 3 (metro station Flora)
Contract for one year
Working time: 40 hours/week
We are seeking enthusiastic candidates with:
- active knowledge of English min. B2+
- fluency in French, min. B2
- analytical and logical thinking
- accuracy or/and customer service mindset
- experience from finance and administration
- attention to detail
