Your responsibilities will be:
- Responsibility for the procurement processes in FMCG business categories
- Leading of negotiations, pricing, choosing best-supplying conditions, and closure
- Part of tenders, bidding process, and supporting business relations
- Key account management and stakeholder management
- Contribution to global procurement strategy
- Choosing a strategy with local/regional suppliers
- Risk management, financial planning, KPIs following, leading a team under 10 members
- Responsibility for warehousing, logistics processes, and the whole procurement agenda
What you shall already have:
- Fluent English and Czech
- Experience in FMCG Category management, including warehousing and logistics
- Solid skills in negotiating and financial literacy are needed
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, you will have to connect with suppliers, customers, and your team!
- Pro-active approach, leadership skills, ability to motivate
- University Degree in logistics/procurement/management
- Experience in international environment is needed
- Proficiency in MS Office Package, Excel (you will be reporting)
- Experience with SAP preferred
- Ability to work under stress and steady decision making
