Your key responsibilities will be:
- Resolve insurance and assitance claims
- Answer incoming calls and email queries
- Data entry
- Follow the company guidelines
- Provide a high standard of customer experience
What you already have:
- Command of German (C1+)
- Command of English (C1)
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer-orientation
- Ability to handle stressful situations
- Time flexibility (working in shifts)
