What will the job entail?
- The role of the Server Support Analyst is to maintain, support and develop DDIE's hybrid IT infrastructure. This role is key to ensuring the operation of existing infrastructure and building new cloud solutions
- Participate in the planning, implementation and development of on-premises and cloud infrastructure.
- Collaborate with other departments such as Security, Networking, or Applications on complex activities
- Maintain related documentation

- Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, WAN/LAN/WiFi
- Knowledge of Windows server and Linux/Unix administration
- Knowledge of AWS cloud services
Preferred:
- Appropriate Microsoft Windows certifications (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer or similar).
- AWS Certified SysOps Admin.
- Linux/Unix Administration
- Knowledge of ITIL methodology
- Familiarity with using other cloud services such as Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud,
- Experience with designing and setting up web environments in AWS (EC2, ELB, RDS, S3, and FSx)
- Knowledge of designing and managing cloud-native applications
