You will enjoy helping people on the phone, via email and other channels with any HR related questions they might have in German language. Your main area of support will be related to recruitment requests administration. In addition you will support Recruiters, Managers and Candidates through the recruitment process for your assigned country. You will be in regular interaction with your communication partners.
You have an ideal profile for this complex position if you have:
- Fluency in English and German
- Czech language nice to have
- 1 year of relevant HR experience or similar – CS, Assistant Positions, etc.
- Good communication and decent Interpersonal skills
- Strong customer focus and client satisfaction orientation
- Good knowledge of Microsoft suite applications - SAP is an advantage
- Flexibility and adaptability to a changing work environment
