- Pre-screenings and job postings for recruiting purposes
- Payroll-related tasks such as updating the payroll database
- Upkeep of information in internal systems
- Performance reviews
- Production of HR documents and training documents
- Assistance with internal training
- Support with internal trainings
- Education in HR or Business Administration
- Professional level of English and German (B2+)
- Relevant Experience at least 1 year (Ideally HR Generalist position)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of labour laws
- Interest to grow in the field of Human Rights
- Independence
