A well-established, gradually growing international company that is currently looking for an IT Service Project Manager
- Project management for IT service projects
- Producing new ideas for changes and implementation of these initiatives
- Determining and managing the needs of the business for new IT services or modifications
Within the context of service initiatives, there will be:
- Internal coordination and communication with end users
- Process design and quality control for IT service management
- Education in computer science, project management, or business informatics
- Experience with IT Service management
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure
- German is a plus
- B2+/C1 English is a must
- ITIL foundation certificate is a bonus, other certifications too
- pro-active approach, professional approach, and most importantly willingness to work on complicated projects and tasks
