Our client, an international company with a new shared service center located in Prague, is currently seeking an accounting expert to join their team.
Main responsibilities include the following:
- Perform the end-to-end accounting activities in the Account-to-Report processes according to corporate policies and in accordance with US GAAP standards
- Maintenance of General Ledger records in a timely and accurate manner
- Support on internal and external Audits including SOX Testing and internal controls
- Support ongoing financial projects, transitions, and continuous process improvement
- 2 years of General Accounting experience
- Hands-on experience with an ERP system like SAP or Hyperion
- Account to Report knowledge and experience is preferred
- Experience in an SSC environment is preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English (C1), any other European language is a plus
- Knowledge of French or German is a great plus!
