We are looking for motivated candidates for the position of LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST.
Responsibilities:
- preparation and organizational support of various internal projects, trainings and events
- room bookings and preparation, giveaways handover, purchase orders creation/ invoicing, intranet updates, etc.
- writing and reviewing article drafts
- cooperation with an external graphic designer
- coordination with various vendors
- data analytics and reporting
Salary: 40 000 CZK/m
Contract for definite period with possibility of prolongation.
Location: Prague 4 - Chodov metro
Start: by agreement (sooner is better)
- Min. secondary education
- Fluent knowledge of English, will be used actively at work in both written and spoken form
- Czech/Slovak on fluent level is the advantage
- Previous experience from similar position
- Very good knowledge of MS Office
- Experience with Social Media is plus
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Reliability, focus on detail, flexibility
