Responsibilities:
- You will receive questions from your colleagues/company partners daily, you have to be able to log these contacts into the shared case management systems.
- Communication and cooperation within other teams such as Payroll
- Empathetic approach is needed for each contact and interaction.
- Functioning and practical documentation are a must, your capability in finding gaps is crucial.
- Providing improvements to increase the effectiveness of our services will be valuable.
- Communication via email, phone, and chat, where you will settle queries of your fellow employees or partners of your company.
- Data processing and working with internal systems are on a daily basis daily.
- Advanced level of Spoken and Written English (B2+)
- Advanced level of Spoken and Written Spanish (B2+) or Advanced level of Spoken and Written French (B2+)
- PC and MS Office skills
- Enthusiasm to work in an international team where members are culturally distinctive
- Loyalty, confidentiality and flexibility
- Former experience in fields: Customer Service, HR, Call center is an advantage (not needed)
- Knowledge of other languages is an advantage (German, Polish, Dutch - not required)
