Our clients are looking for new employees who would provide professional and empathetic service to their customers and clients

You would be responsible for:

- Communicating with customers and clients via phone, email, or internal system
- Providing accurate information
- Close cooperation and support for a Payroll team
- Finding new and efficient ways of working
- Preparing documentation for international clients
- Resolving issues
- Reporting
- Collaborating with team members on specific tasks

Požadavky

Apply if you have:
- Advanced level of spoken and written English and Spanish/Dutch/French (at least B2 level)
- Attentive attitude
- Client and customer prioritization
- Ability to work under stress
- Organizational skills
- Ability to work in a team
- Capability to work independently
- Previous experience in Customer Care or related fields is an advantage but not required
- The spirit and enthusiasm to learn is essential
