Your daily responsibilities will be:
- Validation of existing data
- Preparing reports, dashboards, and analysis
- Managing calculations of sales commissions
- Participating in the process of commissions payments
- Implementing business structure and making changes in the internal system
- Proposing solutions for existing issues
- Cooperating with sales leader and other team members
- Ad-hoc tasks
- At least 2 years of previous work experience in business analysis/sales operations
- Educational background in the field of finance
- Strong command of English (German, French or Spanish is nice to have)
- Advanced user of PC skills (mainly Excel)
- The knowledge of SAP is an advantage
- Attention to details
- Communication skills
