For our client, SSC in Prague, we are looking for a candidate for the position of HR Team leader.
You will lead and develop a French team of about seven people and contribute to the improvement of procedures and HR processes.
Main Activities are:
- Lead and manage the HR Operations team, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, offboarding, reward, benefits administration, and compliance
- Providing input for performance management/rewarding subordinates
- Supporting the team in dealing with non-standard situations
- Working with the budget
- Experience in HR, preferably in an international setting in a similar position
- Knowledge of MS Office tools at an advanced level
- Fluent English and French
- Experience in team management is a must
- Knowledge of technical/operational HR practices
- Knowledge of HR information systems is an advantage
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
