We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Specialist to join our client's team.You are the perfect candidate if you have a minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources, with a strong understanding of HR practices and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.
Main responsibilities include the following:
- Manage HR and compensation & benefits processes
- Collaborate on the implementation of HR programs
- Manage HR projects, such as the standardization of HR processes and benefits
- Communicate with employees and managers to address, analyze, and resolve their queries
- Conduct HR data audits to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) on compensation projects
- Provide training to the HR community
- Support the proper implementation of changes to collective bargaining agreements
- Support and coordinate mobility programs
- Work closely with and support the HR Delivery team
- Experience in HR (Min. 3 years), preferably in an international setting
- Knowledge of MS Office tools at an advanced level, especially MS Excel
- Fluent English and French
- Knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations
- Comp&Ben orientation and knowledge of HR information systems is an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
