- maintainance of business relationship with an assigned portfolio of clients
- support on delivery or technical issues
- work in SAP
- cash collection / cash application
- resolution of complaints and queries

- experience from customer service or related university degree
- previous practice from administration or client service
- perfect English, min. B2+ in both written and oral form
- fluent Spanish, min. B2+
- eagerness to learn
