What You Will Do?
- You will be in charge of infrastructure incident management (from monitoring to their resolution)
- Monitor and resolve issues and events involving production applications, systems, and cloud infrastructure
- Maintain the infrastructure
- Propose and implement automation in regard of infrastructure
- Work closely with other teams across the globe
- Work with the ticketing and documentation system
- Fluent English
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems
- Experience in a similar position
- Experience with day-to-day operations with operating systems Linux and Windows
- Virtualized environments and cloud implementations (VMware, Proxmox, KVM, Hyper-V, WSL)
- Experience with public cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Experience with IAAC concepts (Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, Pulumi)
- Understanding of the basic networking concepts
