Your responsibilities will be:
- booking of intercompany receivable and payable transactions
- payment of invoices, intercompany profit
- reporting on intercompany and elimination accounts
- create intercompany recharge invoices (related to both stock and non-stock items)
- detect deficiencies in the process
- provide insights to the GL department for month-end closings, including reconciliations
- keep intercompany out of balances to zero
- ensure compliance to US-GAAP standards
- assisting with audits
- experience in finance/accounting in a multi subsidiary organisation
- knowledge of accounting principles, reconciliation and balancing principles
- knowledge of administrative processes within intercompany
- experience with MS Excel, Outlook and Word
- knowledge of SAP is a big advantage
- proficiency in English
