Depending on your seniority some of your responsibilities will be:
- Daily communication and negotiation with vendors
- Purchasing of goods, equipment, and services
- Pricing, conditions setting and negotiation, bidding, originating contracts or overseeing the contracting process
- Monitoring client purchase orders and invoicing
- Responsibility for taking care of clients' conformity and their needs
- Input on internal improvements is valued
- We are looking for a highly organized candidate
- SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Experience with procurement is not required, but a bonus
- Knowledge of MS Office package and Excel is an advantage
- Advanced level of Spoken and Written English (B2+)
- Proficient level of Spoken and Written French/German/Dutch/Portuguese (B2+)
- High school or University degree: Business/Economy/Engineering, or related fields
