Náplň práce

Do you speak advanced English and German?
Do you have experience from administrative position and are you interested in HR?
Do you want to work in multinational environment?

Job tasks:
- Input and control of data in internal system
- Support payroll preparation activities
- Respond to questions on behalf of employees, managers, and HR
- Assist with new compliance projects as needs arise
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner

The contract is for 6 months with possibility of prolongation.

Start - asap
Location - Prague 8
Hybrid model: 2 days from home, 3 days from the office

Požadavky

- Fluent English and German(B2)
- Previous experience with administration tasks, HR or payroll is must
- Solid command of MS Excel and Word
- Customer dedication and communicative personality
- Ability to work in an international team
